A large IT Services company is seeking a Cisco IPTel Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The main focus of the role will be to provide IP Telephony support, configuration, upgrades and implementations services to new and existing clients. As this is a client-facing role, strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as is good presentation and interpersonal skills.
