The Problem Analyst role is a process driven role based on ITILs best practices framework. The Problem Analyst must be able to implement & own the Problem Management process end to end and be accountable for driving down incident trends within the environment, co-ordinate the complete life cycle of problems and ensure that the solution is in alignment with Fujitsu & ITIL goals and drive root cause analysis & incident reduction across the environment.
