Great benefits and employees networking is very helpful and all what you need is to ask for help from a colleague.

Acquisition is a mess , you bring in the old companies strategies to the world of SAP with now preparations and minimal coaching and the higher manger expect changes right away!

Good pay. Not the most exciting work though. People are intense.

SAP divides it employees into essentially 2 groups, contractors and regular employees. The person I work with has gone through 7 assistants in 4 years which says a lot. I'm constantly micromanaged my someone who has definitely worked outlived their usefulness.
The communication between the different departments is pretty nonexistent. The right hand – more...  has no idea what the left hand is doing. This creates frustration when you realize that 3-4 people have been tasked with the same thing and you've just been spinning your wheels. Also there are some senior level management that treat administrative staff as if they are beneath them even though without them they wouldn't be able get anything done. – less

Enjoyed my time with SAP. Great people work in the organization.

Multinational culture that supported professional education and growth. Excellent company to combine work and family life. Open communication style and wonderful colleagues.

SAP is a dynamic, progressive, world class organization. It is experiencing problems handling the economy. If you can get in, work hard, evolve, change with the market, look over the horizon. Good luck to all of us! SAP is an excellent place to work, but not perfect.
