Worst place to work
Supervisor (Current Employee), New Jersey –
Pros: work from home (depending if your it)
Cons: too many to list
No direction and support from management! Advancement depends on who you know. Fiserv's culture is do more with less....Oddly that falls into two of the aove: Culture and Work/ Life balance.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Dublin, OH –
Pros: fun atmosphere, supportive management
Cons: difficult shift change was imposed
Learned the fraud prevention process for debit cards. Made and received calls regarding potential fraud. Hardest part of job is not being able to help people that have already been victims of fraud. Enjoyed the calls that allowed me to stop fraud in its tracks. Management is very supportive, and co-workers very friendly.

Good work life balance but bad culture
Jr. Database Administrator (Current Employee), Atlanta, GA –
Pros: stable company to work for
Cons: review process is a joke, the rollout of some products is difficult at best, managers could care less how the process works
- poor management
- Leadership is not taking what used to work and forcing it on people...leadership is taking your people to the next level by cultivating their strengths.
-have seen some unfairness with incompetent employees being rewarded while other hard working employees are punished for doing others' work

Fiserv review
QA /Project Manager (Current Employee), Corvallis, OR –
Pros: competitive team
Cons: gaps in projects planning
A typical day at FISERV was very challenging work. Working on a very robust Financial product, with teams in 4 parts of the world, a over 300 team members and competitive co-workers. The hardest part of the job was to meeting the deadlines, specially when we are multi tasking and working on several releases at the same time. The hardest part was the – more...  most enjoyable part since it made us stay on top of things every single minute of working at FISERV on ACUMEN product. – less

EFT Support Supervisor (Current Employee), Webster, TX –
Pros: flexible hours and great people
Cons: health benefits are expensive, dont receive enough support for things
I started as a customer service representative and had a few promotions and have learned many skills and have become very detailed oriented. There have been some changes in management and requires adjusting. Co-workers are great to work with and are team oriented. The hardest part of this job is trying to get support in order to perfom your duties and – more...  due to corporate decisions, unable to obtain it. The most enjoyable part is that I enjoy what I do and have very flexible hours. – less

Very overwhelming
Items processor (Current Employee), Chicago, Ill –
Pros: great starter for young mother's
Cons: employees can be trouble, make it hard
When i first started i was very much into improvement, but as i started along the way i find myself very stressed. Overworked and underpayed for what i do. Management tend to take sides and my job title is nothing like what i am doing. I have a stern tongue and tend to say what's on my mind. In saying that i tend to clash w/certain people because i – more...  say what i believe in and there is an employee that i do not work well with. I am never like that because i believe in teamwork. I don't believe that most people believe in that. Although they do help in times of need but somedays is way too relaxed where i find unfair to me. Too much gossiping and people are always talking about other people's issue, not keeping things private enough. – less

Customer Service (Former Employee), Hickory, NC –
Pros: free drinks
Cons: you are everybodys door mat
average 80-120 calls per 8 hr shift
After this job i will never give a call center rep a bad time.
floor management is good
Hardest part of job is smiling and saying have a nice day when someone has just cussed you out and treated you like dirt over something you have no control over.
Most enjoyable, sitting in the ac on a hot day.

Fringe benefits are great, but monotonous and repetitive work
Customer Solutions Associate (Current Employee), Dublin, OH –
Pros: cafeteria and gym on site, monday-friday schedule, four weeks of pto (excluding holidays
Cons: monotonous work, poor pay grade, little room for advancement
Being a recent college graduate I was ecstatic to have a full-time job in this economy. It became evident after the first year, however, that what I do everyday will never change. It's the same thing, 9-5, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday...same...exact...stuff.

Cons: no clear direction
It could be a good place to work but Management does not give clear direction and the more you get promoted the less they teach you. The benefits are not worth it.

Great people, good technology, awful leadership, no direction
Systems Engineer (Current Employee), Austin, TX –
Pros: decent work/life balance, ability to work remote when needed. great people, lots of technology
Cons: horrible upper management, company has no direction, employees get the shaft and are replaceable, god-awful medical benefits, no bonuses, merit raises are a joke
The people are great, but the company has the mentality that everyone is replaceable. The current CEO has no idea what he's doing and it shows.
