While Adecco (and specifically Adecco Solutions) embraces work/life balance overall compensation is merely average.

I worked for the Wilsonville Oregon branch, and during my two years I had the opportunity to see a couple of things that they weren't right and the top of that they don't treat you right, They humillliate you and they want to assign you wherever they want. Personally I wouldn't recomend the Wilsonville Office at all.

As a Recruiter and Account Coordinator I conducted various bilingual interviews for clients of different industries and new hiring tests. I was responsible for payroll, file maintenance and employee relations. It was a wonderful experience to work many areas that involve Human Resources and learn first hand how important team work is. This business is not longer open. While it was open it was a great place to work a relaxed environment an they were very flexible with you.

I do not have any complaints about working for adecco. They have always found good jobs for me to work at and there has been decent pay most of the time. The only cons are that the jobs are not permanent and do not last long usually but it is still a great place to work.

I was with Adecco for a year before they even placed at a position.

This is my first job, I have learned many things in this company. The culture is great and it's an enjoyable place to work.

typical day at work is working a hard repetative job, but it pays very well and the best paid job ive ever had especially an agency job. It is a very uncertain job security as the motar vehcle is an uncertain industry which I cannot blame Adecco for. When work has dried up at my main assignment, they do try to find alternatives in the meantime. I do – more...  have to constantly sign on and off job seekers as sometimes i have large gaps within the employment i recieve from them. I have to call on a week by week basis and somtimes day by day when on standby. It can be slighly annoying when on standby to not know whether or not ime going to have any work or whether it will be a night or day shift and most of the time i get called at the last minuite and am expected to get to the job atleast within the hour. this means i cannot plan anything during the week or even know when to sleep. – less

I would pull orders in shrink wrap them and prepare them to be shipped to our customers.

I am a worker! Most people at this job sit around and talk all day long. I was actually told to slow down my work because it got done so fast, thats when they gave me a "promotion." Now I have 2 jobs but working for almost as much as I started. I'd like to put my skills elsewhere!

Transferred seat rail parts onto conveyor and sent them through the assembler and removed,checked and packaged finish product.

I havent had the best experience with them in finding employment.

When Adecco got me a temporary job, I was thrilled. I was assigned to scan barcodes for an electronic shackle company who was contracting through Adecco.

I learned quite a bit about inventory and barcode scanning on that job.

Typical day at work would be to come in and get to work. I learned alot of different jobs at honda through being a quick learner. Management was great, as well as my co-workers they made the night go by faster. The hardest part of the job was doing the same thing all night and the most enjoyable was when I got my job down pat.

The people are nice...the hours are good...there is no job security and when you are laid off there is no help

Comunication sucks and the hrs suck never really know whats going on cause they seem lost themselves.

A typical day at work included acting as a first point of contact for contractors. Building rapport with contractors/consultants and agencies and responding to emails.

I Learned and took customer service to a whole new level and i did this by using my initiative when it came to dealing with complex queries.

Management were very lively and helpful, – more...  motivating staff members to bring out the best in us.

The hardest part of the job was responding to emails and answering calls at the same time as we had to use the same system to access the information.

The most enjoyable part of the job was building rapport with contractors and consultants. Also working alongside a hard-working team which made work really fun. – less
