Not a good company to work for
Electronic Assembler (Former Employee), Wilsonville Oregon –
I worked for the Wilsonville Oregon branch, and during my two years I had the opportunity to see a couple of things that they weren't right and the top of that they don't treat you right, They humillliate you and they want to assign you wherever they want. Personally I wouldn't recomend the Wilsonville Office at all.

Working for the agency provided me with a good Human Resources experience.
Recruiter and Account Coordinator (Former Employee), San Juan, PR –
Pros: excellent working environment, overall hr experience, exposure, networking
Cons: compensation, benefits, location, no trainning, management turnover
As a Recruiter and Account Coordinator I conducted various bilingual interviews for clients of different industries and new hiring tests. I was responsible for payroll, file maintenance and employee relations. It was a wonderful experience to work many areas that involve Human Resources and learn first hand how important team work is. My branch developed – more...  an amazing team to work with. We provided each other with support and developed an amazing environment where we would all learn from one another. We all grew as HR Professionals due to the good foundation we had received through this experience. – less

Adecco is a good place to work
Temporary Clerical / Data Entry (Former Employee), buffalo,ny –
Pros: good environment, decent pay
Cons: no temp to perm, jobs do not last that long
I do not have any complaints about working for adecco. They have always found good jobs for me to work at and there has been decent pay most of the time. The only cons are that the jobs are not permanent and do not last long usually but it is still a great place to work.

production operative
agency worker (Current Employee), Vauxhalls –
Pros: good rate of pay
Cons: uncertain job prospects
typical day at work is working a hard repetative job, but it pays very well and the best paid job ive ever had especially an agency job. It is a very uncertain job security as the motar vehcle is an uncertain industry which I cannot blame Adecco for. When work has dried up at my main assignment, they do try to find alternatives in the meantime. I do – more...  have to constantly sign on and off job seekers as sometimes i have large gaps within the employment i recieve from them. I have to call on a week by week basis and somtimes day by day when on standby. It can be slighly annoying when on standby to not know whether or not ime going to have any work or whether it will be a night or day shift and most of the time i get called at the last minuite and am expected to get to the job atleast within the hour. this means i cannot plan anything during the week or even know when to sleep. – less

Material Handler/ Inventory Control (Current Employee), Meriden, Ct –
Pros: a lot of ot
Cons: benifits
I am a worker! Most people at this job sit around and talk all day long. I was actually told to slow down my work because it got done so fast, thats when they gave me a "promotion." Now I have 2 jobs but working for almost as much as I started. I'd like to put my skills elsewhere!

Inventory (Current Employee), Woodland, CA –
When Adecco got me a temporary job, I was thrilled. I was assigned to scan barcodes for an electronic shackle company who was contracting through Adecco.

I learned quite a bit about inventory and barcode scanning on that job.

Productive
team member (Former Employee), Swepsonville, NC –
Pros: co-workers
Cons: long hours of hands on work
Typical day at work would be to come in and get to work. I learned alot of different jobs at honda through being a quick learner. Management was great, as well as my co-workers they made the night go by faster. The hardest part of the job was doing the same thing all night and the most enjoyable was when I got my job down pat.

A lively workplace
Contractor support executive (Former Employee), Birmingham –
Pros: benefits
Cons: no canteen
A typical day at work included acting as a first point of contact for contractors. Building rapport with contractors/consultants and agencies and responding to emails.

I Learned and took customer service to a whole new level and i did this by using my initiative when it came to dealing with complex queries.

Management were very lively and helpful, – more...  motivating staff members to bring out the best in us.

The hardest part of the job was responding to emails and answering calls at the same time as we had to use the same system to access the information.

The most enjoyable part of the job was building rapport with contractors and consultants. Also working alongside a hard-working team which made work really fun. – less
